Safety and reporting

Walk provides reporting, blocking, visibility controls, and staff moderation for user-generated content.

Report content

Open the action menu on a post, story, video, comment, message, profile, trip, or public activity and select Report. A submitted target will show as reported for your account while the report remains open.

Block a user

Blocking restricts that user across supported discovery, profile, feed, and communication surfaces. You can manage safety actions from Walk settings.

Contact the safety team

For abuse, harmful content, account compromise, or a moderation concern, email support@walkai.tech. Do not use email for emergencies; contact local emergency services.
