Walk Support
Get help with your account, trips, uploads, shared content, privacy, or safety reports.
Email support
Include the affected feature and what you expected to happen. Do not email passwords, login codes, private media links, or identity documents.
Account deletion
In Walk, open Profile → Settings → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, contact support from the email connected to your account.
Safety reports
Use the report menu on the relevant content whenever possible. For an urgent safety issue, contact the appropriate local emergency service first.
