Terms of Use

Effective July 17, 2026

These terms govern your use of Walk. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and legally able to accept these terms. Keep your account secure, provide accurate information, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Walk a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Walk service according to your visibility choices. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload your content.

Acceptable use

Do not use Walk to harm others, break the law, impersonate people, invade privacy, exploit minors, distribute malicious software, manipulate engagement, bypass access controls, or publish content prohibited by the Community Guidelines.

Trips, activities, and AI output

Walk suggestions may be generated from automated systems and third-party place data. They can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Confirm opening hours, accessibility, prices, conditions, local rules, routes, and personal safety before relying on a suggestion. Walk is not an emergency, booking, navigation-safety, or professional-advice service.

Moderation and account action

We may limit visibility, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence when reasonably needed to enforce these terms, protect users, investigate reports, or comply with law. Users can report content and block other users from supported surfaces.

Service availability

Walk may change, interrupt, or discontinue features. We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every third-party service will remain available.

Termination

You may stop using Walk or request account deletion at any time. Provisions concerning ownership, safety, liability, disputes, and retained audit obligations continue where their nature requires.

Liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Walk is provided without warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, user conduct, third-party content, or decisions made from generated trip or activity information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continuing to use Walk after an update means you accept the revised terms.
